Last day of the subscription period in the subsequent offering
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Oncoinvent ASA (“Oncoinvent” or the “Company”) on 22 January 2025 regarding the launch of a subsequent offering of up to 5,500,000 new shares (“Offer Shares”) in the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10, at a subscription price of NOK 2 per Offer Share (the “Subsequent Offering”).

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the “Subscription Period”) will expire today, 6 February 2025 at 12:30 hours (CET).
Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by one of the managers of the Subsequent Offering, Carnegie AS or DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA (collectively, the “Managers”), or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered before the expiry of the Subscription Period.
Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder. Over-subscription and subscription without subscription rights is permitted.
